A man from Knox was arrested yesterday in Beaver Township of Clarion County after he allegedly discharged a rifle inside the home during an altercation.
Pennsylvania State Police say around 4 in the morning, they investigated a domestic incident at a residence on Knox Road between a 55 year old woman and 55 year old Henry Burkhart.
Following the investigation Burkhart was taken into custody and charged with Terroristic Threats, Simple Assault, Reckless Endangerment and Harassment.
Burkhart was arraigned and sent to the Clarion County Jail in lieu of $25K bail.
