A juvenile was arrested in Monroe Township of Clarion County this past Saturday afternoon.
Pennsylvania State Police say around 12:45 at a fast food establishment, a 15 year old boy from Clarion followed a 16 year old girl from Monroe Township into a bathroom, where she fled into a stall and locked the door.
According to police, the boy then pounded on the door, screaming and yelling at her several times to get out, before he left the scene. He was then cited for harassment.
