Investigators are asking the public for information about a report of animal cruelty in Clover Township of Jefferson County.
The incident happened along Mohney Road on October 23 between 5 and 5:30 pm when three rounds were discharged from a shotgun at a horse. The horse was hit with at least two rounds.
