A man from Punxsutawney was arrested for driving under the influence yesterday in Jefferson County.
According to the police report, the 27 year old man was stopped at one in the morning at Gaskill and Altman Avenue in Punxsutawney for a summary traffic violation. During the stop, officers determined the driver was DUI and charges are pending.

A man from Arlington, Texas was arrested for driving under the influence in Washington Township of Jefferson County.
According to the Pennsylvania State Police in Punxsutawney, on Wednesday morning at 11:30 the 29 year old man was traveling on I 80 West and during a Department of Transportation inspection, officers found him to be in possession of drugs and DUI.
The charges are pending.

Authorities are investing a report of harassment in Glen Campbell Borough in Indiana County.
This past Sunday a woman went to the Pennsylvania State Police in Punxsutawney to report her ex-husband was at the same bar she was at the night before calling her explicit names and not leaving her alone. The woman also stated her ex followed her to a friend’s house where he was told to leave because of his actions towards her.
The investigation is listed as on going.

Details have emerged about an earlier report of a domestic incident in Elk Township of Clarion County.
Pennsylvania State Police received a report of a domestic altercation on October 14 when a husband said his wife caused physical injury; however, after further investigation investigators say the accusation was false and he caused injury to himself before the police arrived.
That investigation continues.

Pennsylvania State Police in Indiana are investigating a case of indecent assault in White Township.
On November 2 around 3 in the morning the 20 year old woman contacted the Pennsylvania State Police and reported she had been sexually assaulted by her boyfriend she had met through the mobile app Tinder.
The investigation is listed as ongoing.
