A domestic depute on November 1st in Young Township of Jefferson County sends one to the hospital.
The landlord of a residence on Guzzo Road called the Pennsylvania State Police in Punxsutawney reporting her tenants were arguing. When police arrived, they found the couple were involved in a verbal physical altercation with no injuries, but they did find drugs.
The male suspect was then taken to DuBois Hospital for a psychological evaluation.

Pennsylvania State Police in Punxsutawney are investigating a case of harassment in Bell Township of Clearfield County.
Police received a call on Monday around 7 pm from a person who said his mother was in a physical altercation with her husband. When officers arrived at the Ridge Road residence, there were no observable physical injuries on the woman and the male suspect was not at the scene.
Names were not released.

Deer in rut reaches its peak next week, but they are very active now.
On Tuesday around 8 pm in Elk Township of Clarion County, 57 year old Michael Beary of Shippenville was driving on Route 208, north of Martin Road when a deer came onto the road and collided with his vehicle head-on.
Beary was wearing his seat belt and was not injured.

Some ways to avoid hitting a deer include: Use your headlights, look for the road signs, stay center, brake, don’t swerve and honk.
Sometimes its unavoidable. This deer car collision happened in Cherry Hill Township yesterday during one of their active times 7 pm. A driver on Route 553 in Indiana County was traveling south when they hit a deer on the road.
Information on the driver was not in the report. The vehicle could be driven, but towed from the scene.
