A man from Reynoldsville who is accused of raping two teenage girls is in the Jefferson County Jail.
According to ExploreJeffersonPA.com, 66-year-old Joseph Albert Brown is facing charges of rape, plus seven other charges filed by the Reynoldsville Borough Police. His preliminary hearing is set for November 14, with Magisterial District Judge David B. Inzana presiding.
