Authorities are investigation a report of a PFA violation.
This past Wednesday around 7 in the morning a violation of a protection from abuse order was reported on Route 208 in Elk Township; however, the incident was said to have occurred on September 23rd.
Names and other details were not released as that investigation continues.

A former SCI Pine Grove Inmate is charged with homicide in the death of his cellmate.
According the Pennsylvania State Police in Indiana 43 year old Dwight Darnell Bowen, now in SCI Houtzdale, was charged yesterday with one count of criminal homicide in the January 1, death of 32 year old Luis Antonio Santiago, who was Bowen’s cellmate at SCI Pine Grove on Fyock Road, White Township, Indiana County.
The investigation into Santiago’s death included numerous interviews with SCI Pine Grove staff and inmates, and reviewing video surveillance. Items found within the cell included blood evidence and a folded t-shirt.
DNA testing of evidence was conducted by the Pennsylvania State Police Greensburg Regional Laboratory. Results showed that three cuttings from the t-shirt and from the north wall and south cabinet of the cell matched Santiago’s DNA profile.
