According to the Pennsylvania State Police in DuBois the incident occurred yesterday evening around 5:30 at a business on the Bennetts Valley Highway in Huston Township of Clearfield County when an unnamed man had written bad checks.

Investigators say on October 2nd around 11 pm on Barr Slope Road a BB gun was fired at a vehicle belonging to a 75 year old man from Anita, causing damage to the back window.
