Charges of DUI and underage drinking are now pending against three people for an incident that happened last month in Canoe Township of Indiana County.
The Pennsylvania State Police in Punxsutawney say on September 20th around 9 pm they conducted a traffic stop on Central and Sunset Streets and determined the driver and both underage passengers were under the influence of alcohol.
Charges will be filed before District Justice Welch against an 18 year old man from Punxsutawney, an 19 year old man from Rossiter and an 18 year old from Sykesville; however, their names and the specifics of which one was driving was in the report.
