On Friday two people from New York City were arrested for drugs on Interstate 80 in Union Township of Clearfield County.
Pennsylvania State Police in DuBois say the incident happened shortly before 10 in the morning when they stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation in I 80 west. The driver, 26 year old Julio Garcia, was arrested for DUI and his passenger, 24 year old Jose Reyes, was arrested for possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia.
