The Pennsylvania State Police in Clarion are investigating a report of a hit and run that happened in a parking lot in Monroe Township of Clarion County.
On Saturday around 4 pm someone swiped the rear of a vehicle on Perkins Road and, according to authorities, drove off without leaving any information.
The case is under investigation.
