Charges are pending against a 19 year old man from DuBois for and incident that happened last week in Brady Township of Clearfield County.
On September 25 just before 11 pm Pennsylvania State Police in DuBois attempted to stop the unnamed man for speeding on Route 219 near Draucker’s Bottom Road, but he reportedly ignored the lights and siren in an attempt to flee. A pursuit ensued for about three miles before the man stopped due to vehicle failure.
The man was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol, fleeing, eluding and other related traffic offenses. Charges are pending at the District Court.

The Pennsylvania State Police in Marienville are looking for information into a burglary that happened along Route 66 in Farmington Township of Clarion County.
The incident was reported on Saturday to the Pennsylvania State Police that a string of burglaries occurred between September 25th and the 27th at the Leeper Market. Several tents were forced into and miscellaneous items were taken.

A Marion Center woman escaped injury Thursday morning in an accident on Martin Road in White Township.
The Pennsylvania State Police in Indiana say the power train on Becky Schurr’s 2013 pickup truck malfunctioned, causing her to lose control and struck an embankment. The truck ended up on its side.
