Four people who allegedly shot at a vehicle earlier this month with a pellet gun, a BB gun and a sling slot in Clarion County are facing multiple charges.
Just before midnight on September 10th Pennsylvania State Police in Clarion investigated an incident of criminal mischief and found a car with four individuals who allegedly drove by a residence along Route 322 and shot out the window of an unoccupied vehicle with two BB pistols, a pellet rifle and a sling shot.
Police say they left the scene only to return and fire shots at the same vehicle; however, there were people standing outside, and one projectile just missed the bystanders and damaged a window behind them.
The suspects were caught and arrested. 22 year old Charles Mealy, 24 year old Michael Alvarado, 18 year old Otto Baker, all from Clarion, and 26 year old John Stephens of Knox have been charged through the magisterial district judge with simple assault, criminal mischief, harassment, disorderly conduct, and conspiracy to commit a crime.
