A man from Punxsutawney who is charged with arson and related charges in North Mahoning Township waived his preliminary hearing on Tuesday.
According to The Indiana Gazette, 52 year old Troy James Kromer was then returned to the Indiana County Jail with his bond set at $100,000.
Kromer is charged with first, second and third degree felony arson, two counts of reckless burning, one count of criminal mischief and a misdemeanor count of recklessly endangering another person, and according to the published report, those charges were filed by Pennsylvania State Police Fire Marshal Unit, which had been investigating incident of arson in Jefferson and northern Indiana Counties.
