Charges of driving under the influence are now pending for a man from Tionesta for an incident that happened on Saturday evening in Farmington Township of Clarion County.
Pennsylvania State Police in Marienville conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of State Route 66 and Route 36 and found the driver, 59 year old Robert Singer, to be intoxicated.
Singer was arrested for DUI and transported to the Clarion Hospital for a blood test. The charges are pending.
