Two men from Westover were cited for an incident that happened last week in Burnside Township of Clearfield County.
Pennsylvania State Police in Punxsutawney report on September 11 around 11:30 in the morning 18 year old Justin Seymour and 68 year old Paul Rainy Sr. got into a physical altercation on Shepherd Road.
Details were not in the police report; however, the two men were cited for Harassment
