Pennsylvania State Police arrested a Shelocta woman Thursday evening at a Southtowne Plaza fast food restaurant in White Township, Indiana County.
26-year-old Kirstie Hogan is accused of stealing $294 worth of merchandise from a nearby major retailer. She had fled the store before police arrived, but troopers spotted her vehicle in the drive-through lane at the fast food place.
Hogan is charged with retail theft.
