A man from Punxsutawney is now facing arson charges.
The Pennsylvania State Police Fire Marshal unit in Troop C filed arson and related offenses charges against 52 year old James Kromer for three separate acts of arson between September 27, 2018 and August 30, 2019.
The incidents involve a pick up truck along Smith Road on September 27 2018, an unoccupied building fire on Cool Spring Road on August 12 and another pickup truck fire in a wooded area between Smith and Coolspring Roads on August 30 2019.
The felony charges were filed in District Court. Kromer is in the Indiana County Prison on a $100,000 cash bond.
