Last night around 10:30 state police in DuBois arrested a man for driving under the influence of marijuana and other charges on I-80 in Union Township of Clearfield County.
Authorities say the incident occurred at mile marker 102 near the DuBois Penfield exit when a vehicle was stopped for a summary traffic violation. While troopers were talking with the 25 year old driver from Easton PA, they noticed the smell of burnt marijuana coming from within the vehicle. After searching the vehicle, police say they found a small amount of marijuana and paraphernalia.
The unnamed driver was arrested for DUI and possession of paraphernalia, along with other summary traffic charges pending the blood results.

Few details were released about a report of harassment in the Borough of Strattanville in Clarion County.
The Pennsylvania State Police Clarion Crime Unit are investigating a report of harassment on a 16 year old girl by her step-father on September 9th around 7 in the morning.
The case was referred from Clarion County CYS for further investigation. There’s no current updates and the name of the accused was not published.

Pennsylvania State Police Clarion Patrol Unit had a report of a burglary that happened between September 5th and the 9th in Beaver Township.
Police say a camp on Ritts Station Road and Route 338 was broken into and a $750 Ten Point crossbow was taken. The owners of the camp an 81 year old woman and 83 man from Knox also had a $20 door lock destroyed.
Their names were not in the report and it’s unknown how many suspects were involved who fled the scene undetected.
