The man who was in a single-vehicle accident last month in Gaskill Township of Jefferson County will not be charged.
The crash occurred on the Colonel Drake Highway west of Jackson Run Road on August 31 around 5 in the evening when, according to the police, 51 year old John Anthony of Rural Valley was traveling north on Route 36, crossed the southbound lane and hit a metal fence before coming to a final rest.
Anthony was wearing his seat belt and only had minor injuries from broken glass.
