The man from Shippenville who pleaded guilty on August 14th to five counts of Rape of a Child (a felony 1) will be sentenced tomorrow in front of President Judge James Arner.

plea which allowed several charges to be dismissed is in the Clarion County Jail on $100,000
monetary bail will have his sentencing at 9 in the morning in the Clarion County Court.
Bloom denied the allegations but, according to the published report, he then admitted to sexually assaulting the boy.
