A man from Punxsutawney is accused of making treats of cutting another man’s throat.
According to ExploreJeffersonPA.com, criminal charges of Terroristic Threats, Simple Assault and Disorderly Conduct were filed against 35 year old Raymond Guy Marsh on September 4. The published reports cites the criminal complaint filed by the Punxsutawney Borough Police Department for an incident that occurred on Lane Avenue on August 23rd, when Marsh allegedly made the threats to an unnamed man.
Now the preliminary hearing is set for October 3 in front of Magisterial District Judge Mizerock. A certified summons was issued on September 4.
