Back in January the public voted online and made the Clarion River the River of the Year in Pennsylvania.
To keep it looking great, you can volunteer to help with the Clarion River Clean Up. It’s going on Saturday, September 7 at Cook Forest State Park. Registration is from 8 to 10 at Pale Whale Canoe Fleet, 115 Riverside Drive, Cooksburg. Reception for volunteers is at 2, with pizza, prizes and program.
