A man from Punxsutawney is facing charges of theft by unlawful taking, simple assault, criminal mischief and harassment for an incident that happened last Thursday in Jefferson County.
According to ExploreJeffersonPA.com, 34-year-old Joshua Philip Agnello is accused of breaking a door and entering a residence of woman on Route 36 in Bell Township.
