The driver involved in a hit and run that happened in Piney Township on Tuesday last week has been charged.
On August 13th just after 11 in the morning, 70 year old Thomas Hoover of Rimersburg was at a parking lot at a auto salvage business along Route 68 and allegedly backed into a fence post, broke it and drove away.
No injuries were reported, and Hoover was charged with not providing information.
