A woman from Oil City was arrested in Clarion County for driving under the influence.
On August 16 just before 9 pm Pennsylvania State Police in Marienville conducted a traffic stop on Siegel Road of Route 208 in Washington Township and determined the driver a 59 year old woman, whose name was in the report, to be DUI.
She was arrested and refused a blood draw. Charges will be filed at the District Court.
