The Pennsylvania State Police in Clarion report 72 year old William Miller of Smethport was driving north on route 66 and made a left hand turn at the intersection of Zacherl Lane and collided with a pickup truck driven by 71 year old Thomas Havery of Tylersburg who was traveling south on 66.
The accident happened on August 6th around one in the afternoon. Both drivers were wearing seat belts and were not injured; Miller was charged for the accident.
