A man from Rimersburg who was wanted for a parole violation in Butler County for Manufacture, Delivery, or Possession with the intent to Manufacture, or Delivery a Controlled Substance, was taken into custody and now faces additional charges in Clarion County…
According to the PSP, 39 year old John Smeltzer was apprehended yesterday morning around 11:30 on Stewart Road in Porter Township and was in possession of crystal meth and Medical pot. Smeltzer was taking into the Clarion County Jail where he awaits extradition to Butler County and will be charged with Possession of Controlled Substance, Unlawful use of Medical Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
