PSP in Punxsutawney say the collision occurred around a quarter after seven in the morning when 28 year old Joshua Borsuk of Tarentum was driving north on Harrison Street near its intersection of Carrier Street in Summerville and went off the roadway and into a guide rail.
His rig sustained disabling damage and was towed from the scene. No injuries were reported; however, Borsuk was charged with a traffic violation.
