PSP in Marienville report they saw a vehicle stopped on the shoulder of route 36 northbound with its emergency lights activated. When Officers made contact with the driver 29 year old Rikki Mae Hoesser they noticed a strong smell of pot coming from her car. Police say she was under the influence of a controlled substance and admitted to having a small amount of pot.
There was an 8 month old girl in her vehicle at the time and Hoesser was taken to Brookville Hospital for a blood draw.
