According to the Pennsylvania State Police in Indiana, 31 year old David Neff of Clymer was traveling South on Tanoma Road on his motorcycle when he failed to negotiate the right curve in the roadway and drove off the southern berm before hitting an embankment and overturning.
Neff was not wearing a helmet and sustained minor injuries to his head and transported to IRMC for precautionary medical evaluation. Neff was able to be driven from the scene by a family friend and he was charged with careless driving.
