A 22 year old man from Georgia was cited in Jefferson County for cruelty to animals….
The Brookville Borough Police Department investigated the incident that occurred last Tuesday at a 24 hour restaurant, gas station and discovered a dog tied out to a railing and abandoned. The owner of the dog was identified, but his name and time of the incident were not in the police report. Charges were field at Magistrate Bazylak’s Office.
