Charges of Cruelty to Animals, and three counts of Neglect of Animals, have been filed against two people from Punxsutawney.
According to ExploreJeffersonPA.com, 40 year old Robert E. Stormer and 38 year old Laura Cordwell are accused failing to provide a sanitary shelter, water, food and veterinary care for brown male Labrador named Spike.
The published report says Spike had open wounds on his head and ears. Spike is currently up for adoption.
