According to the Punxsutawney Spirit, Ben White submitted his resignation last Friday afternoon and said there’s a lot of people to thank over the past 15 years. The published report says, The council will formally accept White’s resignation next week at their monthly meeting on the 13 th and President Larry Chenoga will ask council’s permission to advertise the position.
