According to the Pennsylvania State Police in Clarion on April 30 they started investigating a report of someone attempting to solicit payroll information on April 22 around 8 in the morning from a 44 year old man of Clarion on Kingsville Road in Clarion Township. After an investigation PSP determined no payroll information was given.
Names and other information was in the police report.
