According to the PSP, on July 25 around 6 in the evening 30 year old Nathan Crouch of Franklin was driving east on state route 322 in Strattanville and when he attempted to make a left hand turn onto Perry Street he failed to negotiate the turn and hit a tree off the right side of the roadway.
He and his passengers 25 year old Amanda Taylor of Clarion and five children were not injured; however, the seat belts were improperly used on a 7 year old girl, a 4 year old boy and a 1 year old girl. Crouch was charged for the restraint system violation.
