A White Township woman has been charged with endangering her one-year-old grandson after the boy ingested THC, the main psychoactive ingredient in marijuana…
38-year-old Leann Louise Goss was arrested yesterday after state police responded to her home on Lincoln Avenue just after noon. Prior to the arrival of the police, the boy had been taken by ambulance to the Indiana Regional Medical Center because he was showing signs that he was under the influence of the THC.
The boy evidently got a vaping device. She then called 911. A search warrant lead to police finding the vape pen and related items.
Goss is charged with felony endangering the welfare of children, possession of a small amount of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was arraigned before District Judge Guy Haberl and ordered held at the Indiana County Jail, with bond set at $25,000.
A preliminary hearing is set for August 7th.
