According to PSP, this past Sunday around 3:30 pm, 33 year old Jesse Pfister was at a residence on Route 68 in Piney Township and got into a verbal altercation with a 14 year old boy in the living room.
Police say Pfister started stepping on the victims rib area causing discomfort to him. Charges were filed at the District Court.
