On July 14 just after 1 in the morning, Brookville Borough Police pulled a vehicle over at the intersection of Euclid Avenue and Mabon Street for an equipment violation and officers say they noticed several open containers inside the vehicle. After speaking with the driver a 51 year old man from Reynoldsville, it was determined he was DUI and taken to the Brookville Hospital for a blood test, which he refused.
The man was charged with DUI and other summary traffic violations.
