Just after 1 in the afternoon authorities say they arrived to a residence on Apple Street in Bell Township and confirmed the identity of 70 year old Michael Skarbek of Punxsutawney who’s death appears to be natural, but can’t be confirmed until toxicology findings. According to PSP, no suspicious activity was observed.
