According to the PSP in Clarion the incident occurred on June 29th just before 3 in the afternoon, on route 322 near Walt Kahle Road, when 41 year old Mathew Fry, of Minden Louisiana, was traveling East, hauling an over-sized load and allegedly clipped and tore down the telephone line running across the roadway. Fry continued driving but was eventually caught prior to exit 62’s off ramp.
He was charged with failing his duty to give information.
