A woman from Marion Center was arrested for retail theft in White Township of Indiana County…
On July 11 around 5 pm the accused Melisa Adams was at a major retailer on Oakland Avenue and filled her cart with various items while being watched by the stores loss prevention members.
Adams went to the self check out, scanned and paid for some items; however, it’s alleged she did not pay for other ones that were still in the cart. When she attempted to leave the store, Adams was confronted by loss prevention and was apprehended until PSP Indiana arrived.
Charges were filed through the District Court.
