The owner of a wandering dog was given a non-traffic citation….
The Pennsylvania State Police in Clarion report a dog wandered from its residence to a neighbors house in Fisher in MillCreek Township on July 1 around 7 pm. The dog was without a leash and unaccompanied.
The owner, 59 year old David Exley of Strattanville, is accused of failing to keep the dog confined to his residence on Gravel Lick Road and was cited.
