On June 5, around 10:30 pm, The Brookville Borough Police were finishing a school check on Jenks Street and saw a vehicle drive past with a tail light out and they conducted a stop. Officers say they noticed a strong odor of marijuana and believed the driver to be under the influence.
After further investigation, police found marijuana plus paraphernalia and blood test results confirmed THC in the operators system.
Driving Under the Influence and other related charges were filed at the District Court.
