A man from Beaver Falls was cited for Harassment in Toby Township…
The incident happened this past Monday at noon when two people from Beaver Falls were traveling through Rimersburg Borough in a vehicle driven by 52 year old Mark Suto, who according to the state police in Clarion, got into a verbal argument with his passenger 51 year old Jo Thompson.
The PSP report says it turned physical when Suto allegedly hit Thompson in her chest area with an open fist and made her leave the vehicle and drove off.
Officers cited Suto with harassment at the New Bethlehem District Court.
