The crash occurred on June 27 around 4 pm in Clarion Township, when according to state police a truck driven by 36 year old Jason Clinger of Strattanville waited on Detrick road and proceeded to make a left hand turn onto route 322, when a motorcycle traveling east on 322 driven by 46 year old Leonard Hughes of Corsica crashed into the truck.
Hughes was flown to Pittsburgh for treatment of a serious head injury, and his passenger, a 15 year old male, also of Corsica, was taken to Clarion Hospital’s emergency room for treatment.
PSP report Clinger was charged for his vehicle turning left.
