PennDOT says Interstate 80 Westbound in Clearfield County there are two 11 foot lanes traveling in the westbound direction as traffic shifts to the right lane and shoulder.
All work is weather and schedule dependent, but work is expected to be completed this November with the final overlay set for Spring of 2020.
