We have few details about the incident, but here’s what we know: On Sunday evening close to 9 pm, 27 year old Shawna Bortz was stopped on Park and Bell Avenue in Punxsy for a summary traffic violation and it was during the stop PSP determined Bortz was DUI and arrested.
Charges are pending.
