A vehicle in Pine Township of Clearfield County was pulled over for a traffic violation and the police arrested the driver for possession of drugs.
According to the Pennsylvania State Police in DuBois, on June 4th around 1:30 pm, they stopped a car traveling on I-80 East for a code violation. During the stop, the driver, 26-year-old Avinash Madhavamurthy of Piscataway, New Jersey allegedly had a strong odor of marijuana coming from his vehicle.
After further investigation Pennsylvania State Police say Madhavamurthy was driving under the influence of a marijuana and found grass in his car.
