State Police in Kittanning are searching for a missing person…
47-year-old Cynthia Stroupe of Sagamore failed to pick up her sons from their place of employment at 3 o’clock Friday afternoon. She has had no contact with them since dropping them off at about 6:30 that morning.
When last seen, Stroupe was wearing blue jeans and a gray and black zip hoodie. She was driving a white 2006 Scion TC with Pennsylvania license plate number KYD 0521.
Anyone who knows of her whereabouts is urged to call the Kittanning barracks at 724-543-2011.
